The hackathon runs for 4 weeks total:
Anyone. Solo builders, teams, AI-native developers, Web2 teams exploring onchain rails, or existing crypto builders. If you can ship something usable or move it onto Xyber, you can compete.

This is a Xyber hackathon. We’re looking for projects that expand the ecosystem, not standalone experiments.
We are not judging pitch decks, mockups or just great ideas. Usable means:
If it cannot run, cannot be called, or cannot be verified, it will not qualify. But WIPs are allowed and we'll work with teams to polish and fully ship their vision.
We evaluate:
This is not a popularity contest. It’s a build competition and our team will be hands on with the submissions during the review process.
Because this hackathon is part of the token’s economic loop. Prize allocations are funded from buybacks. That means tokens are purchased from the market and distributed to builders. This does two things:
We are not paying builders to extract and leave. We want developers who build here to have a stake here.
There is no forced lockup. But the structure is intentional. Xyber compounds through usage, launches, and infrastructure fees. Builders who hold are aligned with that flywheel. Builders who integrate deeply into the stack benefit as the ecosystem grows. This hackathon is about onboarding developers who want exposure to the rails they are building on.
